Not sure on your location but most of not all my locations (socal/orange county area) allow ordering online for pickup and you can apply the reward as well. We always do this now. No way I'd ever wait in line at their drive-thru.

I like using the toast as a shell, put some cane sauce and a tender in it. Mmm. You can also sub the coleslaw for more fries, I get my fries well done though.

Have had cane's numerous times. Didn't know you had to ask for a membership card

Also their app is terrible. I enabled location, but it needs you to enable notifications too or else it complains.

As others have said, usually swap the coleslaw for something else, it could be an extra toast or extra fries. Also you can add individual chicken tenders if you need more than a box combo. It's sometimes cheaper than getting the caniac club anyways.

I really like canes and the sauce is amazing. My problem is portion size shrunk and price has went up significantly. Came to my area about 4 years ago and steadily increased. I used to get the caniac combo for $9.79 now it's over $13. Other fast casual spots like five guys have done the same and I'm not mad, just disappointed 😁

Really? I'm in LA and don't see where one can sign up online. It only allows new members to register a new card received in store.

I love Cane's. The chicken strips have gotten smaller recently but it varies from visit to visit. I also like their fries. As someone else said, the styrofoam container makes them soggy. Open that thing up and let the steam out to keep them crispy.

Ask for hot sauce with your order and add that to the Cane's Sauce. Game changer!
