Their club card system is ridiculous. I called and the store said you need to have the physical card for them to swipe. I have the QR code in the app to scan but they said they don't have a way to scan a card...?????? You also cannot apply your offers to app or online purchases..🤯

I live behind a Cane's. I once watched 20+ cars sit at the speakers and honk at each other while the store was closed on a holiday. I say that people never surprise me but still happens.

Order using the app and you can apply the reward for a future date.

FYI, you need to create a separate account for mobile ordering. Caniac Club account doesn't work. Once you create the account you'll have to link your Caniac Club card. Messed Up

I went there today on the drive-thru and asked if they participate on BOGO offer. I told them I never have the card and asked if I can get the card and the deals. I was able to get the card and the deal without any issue. After register the card, I got an email said the free box will be available in 2 days.

Has anyone with only an account registered with the mobile app previously get the offer? I realize in checking the website that Caniac Club is different from their mobile app in you need to create separate logins, even though both channels allow you to use a cane card #

My location stated they wouldn't honor the promotion since I'm not a caniac member. Be prepared to be turned away if you're not one. Bad part is if you ask to join it can't be activated until another 48 hours later
