Looks like there is no difference between that and this one, would be nice to know the diff.
If you read the question/answer areas of the HD listings even the customer reps don't know the difference. 😅
As far as I am concerned there is no difference other than price and model #. I even browsed through both user manuals. everything was pretty much identical except for some slightly different bolt/screw lengths on the parts list.
I picked up the $60 stand (along with the Ryobi 10" sliding miter) a couple weeks ago. Very nice stand for the money. Super solid/stable. The "quick release" adapters are awesome.

Hey @MiataMann - nice to see you still hanging around here
We met on another thread and you were kind enuf to turn me onto that stand (which is now at $80 Got the stand but have yet to set it up. Need to clear a bit of room in my garage. Also, realized that by using a wood base/platform, I can also use the table to support a bench router table I've been wanting to set up.
I am now waiting to see if any BF for the HD/Ryobi miter saw (Correction: Current price is their BF price Discovered Lowe's has the Craftsman miter saw (same as Ryobi...corded, sliding compound, single bevel) on sale for $189 (also $40 off...till Dec. 9th - https://www.lowes.com/pd/CRAFTSMA...1001071446) but while it seems to have a good rating and I really like Craftsman, I believe it's an older design. And with Sears gone...who knows about after-sales support.
Anyways, happy holidays.....

Heya stepher, good to bumb into you again.
That Craftsman miter looks comparable to the Ryobi one. The only major difference I can see is that the Craftsman has a traditional laser guide and the Ryobi uses a LED "drop shadow" guide for the blade.
The LED seems to be a newer design, I've started to see it on more and more saws these days.
I find the LED drop shadow works surprisingly well. The shadow is the exact width and outline of the blade. You can see exactly where the blade will cut.
If you're looking for something a bit fancier I've heard really good things about the Skil 10" double bevel miter.

They generally won't ship them anymore, when the price is that low. Though you might get lucky if they do another 'Free Ship' sale for BF/CM.

I believe Lowe's also has it for the same price ($250).
Try switching your store to #1754.
Should be able to order it with Ship to Home at the $60 price.
