FWIW, prices have been coming down a bit recently in east coast Asian markets on some instant ramen.

Some other ramens, like chappaghetti and tonkotsu, not so much. (chappaghetti being my wife's favorite, tonkotsu being our older son's favorite after his summer in Hiroshima, since we cant find decent low-cost okonomiyaki here in northeast NJ or NYC).

Great spicy ramen soup. I throw in chopped carrots, microwave for 7 minutes, and then whip in an egg. Gives the broth a nice thick body. Throw in some green onions, seaweed, and bean sprouts for a pretty tasty dinner in less than ten minutes.

Per CCC it's the cheapest it's been since 2016, about $1.50 lower than it usually drops.

I usually spend <$10 for 20 pkg ramen at asian markets, but this is higher quality ramen. I just bought 2 last week for $1.20 each and they are very high quality ramen. I use broth for my base so I just discard the powder packets. The texture of the noodles is much springier, thinner and firmer than cheap ramens. You can definately tell the difference!

Last time I ordered a 20 (or 25, I don't remember) pack of instant noodles from Amazon I got only 1 piece. At least they refunded it and I got to keep the one for free.
