ENTRY PERIOD: The 5-hour ENERGY® Football Sweepstakes(the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Daylight Time ("EDT") on Monday, July 12, 2021 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on Friday, December 10, 2021 (the "Sweepstakes Period").
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia, who are age 18 or older and the age of majority in their state of residence (19 in Alabama and Nebraska; 21 in Mississippi) at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, outside the U.S., and wherever else prohibited by law.
AMOE: Alternate Method of Entry ("Mail-In Entry"): To enter without purchase, clearly hand-print your name, complete address, email address and phone number on a sheet of paper and mail that sheet of paper in an addressed envelope to: The 5-hour ENERGY® Football Sweepstakes, PO Box 654, Social Circle, GA 30025-9998. Each Mail-In Entry must be mailed separately and must be postmarked between Monday, July 12, 2021 and Friday, December 10, 2021 and received by Friday, December 17, 2021.
Regardless of the method of entry, there is a limit of up to fifty (50) Entries per person during the Sweepstakes Period.
Prize: There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won. One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive $10,000, to be awarded in the form of a check. The total ARV of the Grand Prize is: $10,000.
