Training shoes are designed to have stronger grip and extra space “width wise”. These are more helpful for when you (e.g) weight lift, hence the extra grip and space.

For walking my chiropractor recommends shoes shoes that are form fitting and closer to the ground. Some new balance shoes are best for this.

If you have some back problems take a look at the New Balance website. If you are young and athletic you can use these shoes for major “training” and minor walking 🙂

I've tried these on in person (blue and black). I wear a 9.5 and the instep on both were very tight on me. I sized up to a 10 on both and it was still noticeable. My feet are only slightly wider than average, but nowhere near requiring a wide size, ever. If you have very narrow feet maybe these work for you, but as it stands I consider this a manufacturing/design issue.
Great! They are very light. It's really not a problem to lift them.
FYI these seem to run very narrow across the top based on the reviews and feedback.

Lots of really cool looking color combos, but how good are they for lifting?

Bought the older model and I'm amazed at the durability of this shoe. I've used them to run on trails, yard work, and workouts. They're holding up great. I bought ASICS which are comfortable but are falling apart within 5 months.

I do CrossFit and I currently have nano 9 and nano x. The nano x seems to be the point in the series where Reebok fixed the narrow toe box as both pairs I have are a womens size 9 but the X feels bigger for sure. I don't own nano flex but they look more similar to my 9's which are more narrow. That being said, I actually prefer my 9's. Both have held up great over the past year so I have trust in Reebok nano quality for lifting/CrossFit workouts. From what I've read regarding this model, they are fine for casual lifters but if you are a daily heavy lifter, you probably want more stability. I'm not lifting super heavy weights. At this price I might give them a try if womens is also 50% off!

Their free Reebok Unlocked loyalty program claims that there is free shipping and returns. I ordered two pairs the other night with the intention of returning the one that I liked less.

How stiff is this shoe? Looks a little too flexible from the pic.
