I got one of these last year and it's been great; the extra gear that Costco includes is nice too. I can't speak to the other brand though.

This is the best deal I've seen on this iRobot model though ( I got the same deal last year)

I got this one a few weeks ago at Costco hoping for a price drop like this. I have to say though there are two things I am highly disappointed in 1) despite it mapping my house perfectly, it loves to drive full speed into my baseboards, to the point there is paint scrapes all over the roomba and dings all over the baseboards 2) the price of the bags. I picked up a shark ai too - gonna test them both an decide.

you should call customer service.. if it is hitting into your baseboards hard, then the sensor is not working as is it supposed to.

This one went on sales for $599 every few months for the past year or two, so it doesn't seem like a huge black Friday deal. But it is the lowest price I've seen on this unit.
