My routine:
- Pull dough out of fridge and let it rest on floured surface (30 min of rest time)
- 15 min into the rest period, I fire up the oven (needs at least 15 min to get the stone up to temp)
- Spend ~15 min chopping up cheese/toppings.
- At this point, toppings, dough and oven are ready, so I assemble it and throw it in.
- Each pizza takes a couple of minutes to assemble and 3~4 min to cook.

FWIW, code black8 gets another $8 off the Vevor clone.

Lol! What??? Why in the world would you think they meant connecting a gas line from your house? Please tell me that was a joke.
I did the same. Have a natural gas line on the patio so got the attachment also. Not sure if that's a generic item that could be purchased at some hardware store but it wasn't that much more.
I'm torn between going for the 16 (surprisingly, got wife approval, lol), this one or the Vevor 12" koda clone that's $100 less.
I'm just concerned that the 12" version is going to be too small to work with without burning the pizzas as they are so close to the flame.
Looking for a good comparison between the 12" and the 16".

Any idea if the vevor would work with a generic natural gas conversion kit?
