I would avoid Amazon for these. Purchased the exact item a while ago and it turned out to be fake. How can you tell? It starts vibrating and makes a lot of noise compared to the 'real' one. I can't comment about other stores but Costco is where I'm purchasing these from now on.

pop up offers a 20% discount for signing up for email notifications, it took 2 seconds and they give you the promo code immediately. it says not available to combine with other discounts but it's working for me, bringing the subtotal to $12 and change, along with free shipping. much better deal than anywhere else!

2x 2 packs, (4 heads total) was $25. killer deal.

fwiw the diamond clean heads are my favorite of the different kinds they make, they are the most premium feeling; the bristles are soft and don't bother my gums. I've tried several different knock off brands on Amazon and they just don't feel the same as the genuine diamondclean heads.

There are many lower cost alternatives in amazon. These Philips heads are exorbitantly expensive.

So far not having any good luck on the Phillips website. Can't input the CC info and now my 20% off code is "invalid". Trying to get to their chat or find a phone# for assistance with payments is taking me in circles with no luck. May just have to look at Amazon to buy. What a disappointment.

UPDATE: Spoke with a rep whom clearly wasn't listening as I was advising that there is NO PLACE TO INPUT THE CC INFO yet it was giving me a payment error. She kept telling me to enter a diff credit card. Terrible customer service. Place your order somewhere else like Amazon. I'll gladly pay the 2.45 difference in price since I've lost 30-min of my day already.

Paying entirely for the name here. I got a generic sonic toothbrush with 5 replacement brushes all included for $16 on Amazon a few months ago. Works the same as this brand.
