If your 32degrees.com product is flawed due to a manufacturing defect we will replace it free of charge for up to one year from the original time of purchase.
32 Degrees has a terrible return policy. They charge a restocking fee for anything you return which is almost the same as the cost of the item. Only exchanges are free.
I am never shopping from them directly. Awful company
I had a great return experience with them and the customer service was excellent when one item arrived damaged. Their online products are far better quality I thought than the items we'd purchased at Costco and the sizing was different as well.

I got some of the base-layer long sleeve t-shirts for men at Costco this weekend - 2 for $10.99. Seem to be pretty great. Good wrist cuffs, and it feels like the identical materials to their short-sleeved tshirts

Costco only carries the lightweight version I believe. I bought the midweight baselayer shirt online last year and it feels much better quality than the Costco ones

I bought from them last year and thought quality was excellent too, the shirts were made in Vietnam. I recently bought again and now the shirts are from China. I don't have a problem with China, but now the shirts are made from a different material and scratchy. They cut quality down to keep the pricing the same when I wish they went the opposite direction.
Mesh boxers and their zip hoodies are comfortable, but don't stand up to repeated washing. Don't mind the pilling on the boxers, but on the hoodie it's not a good look. Feels like disposable H&M fashion.
