I bought two of these early in the year and they've been great. Perhaps I don't actually need interior security cameras in my neighborhood, but the peace of mind is real regardless, and with these Eufy devices I'm not paying for a subscription or base station (I have a microSD card in each).
I have two of these, one I use indoors and the other connected to my chimney on my roof. I'll tell you, these are the best cameras I've ever owned. The one on my roof basically monitors my neighborhood, I can see who comes in and goes out at any time of the day. Having 14 cameras in total surrounding my property, this says a lot.
I have bought four or five cameras and these are the best ones ... rock solid, very small and the app is also very good. You don't need the cloud service and can record straight to the micro sd cards. I have the eufy you can move around be truth is you rarely need to move them. These have a wider field of view and the motion detection is spot on.

Bought a second Eufy camera to replace our old Wyze Cam that's been having intermittent connection issues lately. The Eufy security app seems better than the Wyze app, and the connection has been rock solid for the past year we've been using it.
It's normally $40, and occasionally drops to $35 on Amazon, so $30 is a really good deal.
Might I suggest the blurams 2k ptz camera. I have it and the eufy equivalent and the blurams is much better in every aspect. It's also $25 right now.
Limited-time deal: Security Camera 2K, blurams Baby Monitor Dog Camera 360-degree for Home Security w/ Smart Motion Tracking, Phone App, IR Night Vision, Siren, Works with Alexa & Google Assistant & IFTTT, 2-Way Audio https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07YB8H...UTF8&psc=1
Bought one of these years ago (I believe when they first came out) for like $16 as a preorder. Still works great. Would bite if it was in the $20's for a second cam but this sale seems "standard." Also, the app is nice.

Eufy cam (Eufy is part of Anker Innovations), without subscription, you still have full motion detection and local recording features without any cool down. And Eufy cam, is one of the few camera that has full NAS(RTSP) support which you can record the video feed directly into your Network Storage (your NAS computer, Synology, QNAP, etc). Meaning even if your internet is down, if you set the camera to continuous recording, it will still basically broadcast the feed through an rtsp stream which you can access it from your local network computer or NAS.
And blurams doesn't look like has RTSP support. And if you read the question/answer and reviews of blurams, without subscription, seems like it has a lot of restriction for motion activated features. And reviewers said blurams won't work without internet connection.
