I received an email with the subject "Don't miss out: Xbox Series X bundle - limited quantities available" from Microsoft. I was able to order an Xbox Series X and this discounted Elite Controller. The Elite Controller is on sale by itself though.

Costco has these available at the same price and you get the lifetime warranty with Costco. You'll need it with this controller.

So would you just take it back and request a refund? Or a replacement? Not a frequent Costco shopper so this is new info to me.

they dont do exchanges. Itl be return and rebuy. but even if its full price, just dont worry abut it. because it'll break again
