30 day warranty on refurbished. I am guessing it will have battery issues.

This iPad is a very old model. The newest version of it is the 9th generation. You can get a new 9th generation for $299 if you keep your eyes open for sales from Walmart, Sams, Costco, Best Buy, Apple Refurbished. Maybe even buy an open box from Best Buy.

I wouldn't buy anything older than an 8th generation, and especially not a seller refurbished, because you don't know the real condition, or if the battery is good, or what parts they've used on it.
This isn't a good deal, and adding a protection plan just sounds like a way to milk more money out of you. I'd wait until you can find a newer iPad, and I think you'll be a lot happier. Watch out for these sites like Woot and Daily Steals, because they overcharge, and they're always sketchy about what they consider "refurbished" or "open box". People have received phones and iPads that look like they've been used by a bear. Hope this helps.

Agree with these comments and another big plus would be center stage front camera.

Agreed! Avoid this seller.

I bought a new condition xbox controller from them, but what they sent me was obviously refurbished, made to look new. It had dead skin built up on the grippy back area, and one of the thumbsticks had dead skin build up on it as well. It was missing pamphlets, too. No doubt it was refurbished (since they sell those, too).
So far, their customer service team has not responded to me, and its nearly been a week. Now, Thanksgiving was mixed in there, so I waited patiently, but they should have responded by today. They make you submit a support request form, and then they dont let you create an account to view the actual ticket for updates. Their help site has misleading info everywhere. On one page it says to email them at [email protected] , then when you do that, you get a response back saying that email isnt monitored and is a "do not reply" address.

I have no way of being absolutely sure that I have a ticket open with them and that it will be reviewed to process my return.

I will never purchase from them again, and I will go on a crusade against them until they refund my purchase and pay for the return shipping of the controller
