I'd ask the lady I responded to you she seems to know a lot more than I do. When I lived up there I was homeless and was wearing whatever I could get. But in anchorage it can get down to 40 below with wind chill but it's not real common about 10 below is probably max. Maybe if you layered with it but I don't really know.
