The promo period has already begun but at 7:20AM EST/4:20AM PST I only see Coldstone Creamery on the 20% off promo and $60 Sony PS Plus card for $40 promo. No discounts for me for Subway, IHOP, and Home Chef cards at the moment.

Most companies won't allow a GC purchase with a GC.
Also,
These are not processed under the Kroger name, but a GC company, hence the Kroger GC might not apply.

I do understand your frustration because I've tried myself with no luck.

Apparently these type of "virtual cards" (forms of payment) are not acceptable.
It is likely that they avoid virtual types of payment to prevent fraud since the GC can then be resold for a profit.

CashApp cards are also not accepted, and this seems to be the case for all GC companies🙂

It's ridiculous. They're legal forms of payment and subject to the same level of fraud as anything else. Cash can be counterfeit, too. Just neeedless bs
