Definitely one of my favorite VR games. I play it wirelessly using my Quest 2 with Virtual Desktop and VD Streamer. There are also lots of great free mods people have made to continue the enjoyment after you've beaten the main game.

No need for a link cable, just use AirLink, works great as long as you have a decent 5 Ghz router https://support.oculus.com/airlink/

You need the oculus version. That is how you wirelessly connect to your computer and start Steam gams.

Cables are terrible for anything that's not a driving or flying sim. If you have a WiFi 6 router, get virtual desktop. Enable its lag feature and it will feel like playing on wired, but wireless. It is really amazing.

If you played wired on the other hand you will constantly be trying to untangle yourself which is really annoying

It's on Steam, and if you want the best performance you need to buy and use Virtual Desktop from the Oculus store. That's the best way to use Oculus with Steam.

I did not realize I could play wireless at the time. Just got my oculus a week ago. I have been playing it wireless.

Needs some connecting cables and a relatively beefy graphics card, no? I was literally just watching some reviews of this game - or rather, reviews of varying levels of VR setups with the game, and the O2 was the "lowest" but still playable, but it's not your typical O2 game
