Yes but there might be cheaper ways to learn. I have data science background and I have read numerous books on this site through my employer having access to the site as a benefit for free. Sadly changed employer couple weeks ago and wish I still had this.

Also worth noting many public libraries offer free subscriptions to various learning platforms. It's a pretty hodgepodge system, so def YMMV but well worth looking into.

Depends where you are so far I think. This is all subjective opinion, others may differ. I do a lot of coding in this field so I would say learn basic normal python first. Then there's a python for data analytics book with a weasel on the cover by orielly so that might be the best next book. It's from the inventer of pandas which is the python library that equips python with ability to create and analyze datasets. Hope this helps
