I think some of the issues come from major appliances where you have to go thru them if something happens…they're not the best people trying to help resolve issues between you and the manufacture. That being said, I've purchased my fridge and other electronics thru mymilitaryexchange for the great deals. I don't expect for their customer service to help me if my stuff has issues.

Wow what a great deal for any that can get one! Mine from Costco is playing behind me right now. Sam's Club had it for $2000 before. I don't think very many of these are around new any longer.

Tv has been great for us, really enjoy it.
