I'm so very unhappy with the exchange and how they've handled this debacle. I really don't understand why the exchange doesn't take more of a hit to their bottom line on a similar purchase to satisfy customers who have been legitimately let down.

Was able to use my 20% off on the OLED77C1 by LG and get that for $2449. Hopefully that pulls through.

Must've just missed it because it shows out of stock. I've been wanting this TV since Sunday and was about to pull the trigger at 2699 through verde toe, but checked one last time before. Glad I did. Maybe check tomorrow because I think it takes them a day or two to reflect on any cancellations. The 65" is still in stock though at an awesome price.

This was handled horribly in every possible aspect. Lots of people got screwed over on this for more than just the cancelation and they have made zero attempt to fix this. They still haven't even sent notifications for most people. I'm still waiting to receive an email or notification about the cancelled order 🤣 i almost ordered a stand before I saw cancellations. Just horrible for everyone all around

Why is my 20% not working?! Double disappointment!!! It keeps saying " The items in your cart do not qualify for this promotion. Review and update your cart as necessary". I tried to remove and add different items and it still gives me the message. Frustrated! Does anyone have the same issue?

I just tried applying the so-call coupon code for an A80J and the site says "The items in your cart do not qualify for this promotion. Review and update your cart as necessary." Spoke to a rep via chat and she said that the coupon code is only meant for a substitute item and that an email will be sent out when the substitute item is made available. WTF??
