Not sure who this helps. But you can get $200 back from Amex if you shop on Dell.com. Even though Amex says "Dell Technologies" don't worry. Just first add the deal to your Amex card, then head over to https://www.dell.com/en-us/work/shop/american-express-benefits-at-dell/cp/american-express-benefits-at-dell [dell.com] It will redirect you to some weird Amex / Dell promo page. You can then just shop. I doubt you even need to first do that, I just did that to be safe.

I personally have the American Express BUSINESS Card. It is Blue with a Roman type soldier on it and I added the 10% back up to $1500 dollars AND the $200 off $800 and found out today 11/27/2021 that they stacked just fine. I already got a confirmation of shipping AND got the cashback added to my tracker on my amex account.
