What is the real normal price on these ? I don't believe the 670 off thing
Apparently yes, for a brief period when the 560 was first released, they were that expensive. But not for long; I bought a pair in 2018 for $250. They were nice cans while they lasted, which was only 3 years. The left driver failed a few months ago, no measurable inductance on my multimeter.

I have a pair of the 560v4, they're a no brainer from 200-250. They're essentially identical to Sundaras dynamically (they have better bass extension though... and some people say they lack some of the texture that the Sundaras have.... but I fully disagree listening to both through a magnius modius stack balanced.
These were $249 back in April at Adorama. It seems they get stock on and off for quite some time with these. They are about 7 year old models. I saw pricing of between $269 and $229 since early 2020 at Adorama and back to 2017 at other stores. There are some issues with these and they are very fragile. Being open and planers they cannot survive any type of pressure from the outer sides. What you would consider normal bumping around can cause significant problems. Lots of posts on the audiophile forums regarding this.
They need a real solid break in and with a good amp/EQ are quite competative with the $400 class of open back headphones. If you miss this they will be back around within 6mo with a similar price. I am not sure why they keep making these when they can only be sold for these prices. They either like selling things at cost or these have some really cheap parts in them.

Have you heard the 5XX's at all? Open Box is under 200 right now
