I had this and had to uninstall it when it ate batteries like crazy. I tried Alkaline, Lithium and even regular Heavy Duty and none lasted past a few days.

No, this does not have Smartkey function, so they would be wrong. No hole next to key. The similar Smartcode 915 model has Smartkey for example

While description says so, SmartKey requires small hole next to the key slot which I do not see in the picture. Perhaps it is generic (not "limited edition") keypad picture.

Description from Home Depot's page of this product (similar price but out of stock, it appears) does NOT list Smartkey as feature.

It does have free shipping so I guess one could gamble and order it and return if it does not have Smartkey.
