Best Buy price matched $2125 on 77", delivered today. Called in to get it done, on and off the phone in 10 minutes.

Originally ordered from the partner mall, but after 3 days of processing I called and they said it would be 3-4 weeks due to back orders.

Same thing happened for me too! I think receipt from other person's order only will work out.

Either he got really lucky with a rep who didn't even check or something's off. Online or phone they don't let you send them any receipt, you just tell them what site and they pull it up from their end.

Yeah...He got extremely lucky. Earlier in the year Amazon had that pricing error for the 77" LG CX for $2200. Mind you, I already placed the order with Best Buy for the 77" LG CX. I went into and spoke with the Customer Service Rep, and I called into the Customer Service Elite Plus line.. They wouldn't budge even though I had the receipt. Oh well. Enjoy that TV!
