the only complaint i have is that sometimes the monitor blinks as if it were switching modes for some reason, I don't know if that's my PC connected to it or another reason.
Basically, I wanted to get into the ultrawide game, and this was the best low priced value monitor i could find! The bezel is thin and it functionally works well (raises up and down smoothly). Because of its size it's somewhat bulky but i never move it.
Two miniDisplay ports and 2 HDMI was helpful since I switch between work and personal laptop. Sidebar advice, don't do your personal stuff on your work PC! Assume they're watching you...

It wasn't a bad monitor, in fact I liked it. But there were two things I couldn't live with.
it's dim. If you're used to working with 400+ nit screens, this monitor is going to appear very dim for you. It's advertised at 300 nits but it seems even dimmer than that. Rtings confirms this in their testing.
Second which wasn't a huge issue but made a deal for me since I play a lot of FPS games. The ghosting was subtle but did make it an issue for me. I will say that for most, this will be a non factor or problem.
But for this price, I think it gets a strong recommendation from me. There are a lot of good monitor deals today.
Should I get this one instead, and cancel the LG monitor at Costco?
