Just wipe off with water and cloth and should be gone through further blood, sweat and tears 😜

If you can put them outside then a couple of weeks you won't notice anything.

I cleaned mine with vinegar and water then put them outside for a week and they were fine.

The better question is how long until they are no longer stinky? Mine still have a smell of a weird rubber and ginseng medicinal smell after I washed them with soap and water and left them outside for a few days and now in the garage for a few weeks. They are still usable and not too bad but I can smell them when I walk near them in the garage. The Weider ones only smelled like strong rubber without the medicinal smell and seemed to go away faster.

I've had 3 sets in the garage for weeks and they still smell - I'll try the vinegar next. I only tried them as the extended return gives time to lose the smell or go back.
