I've been a diamond for awhile now (ever since I found out about rewards), and only been a customer since around 2020-2021. I was bored one night, a week or so later after I signed up for rewards, and asked the automated chat to upgrade my tier and it granted me one level up. I asked it a couple of times and got more bored. Didn't even know diamond was the highest tier. If you are not diamond yet, try it out. When asked how long you've been a customer just say 15+ years ago lol.
