Solid price. I think the best comp is price relative to this deal:

That one is 15.6", no backlit keyboard, a slightly slower processor, and no thunderbolt. For $130 more, this stands out as the best budget machine with some extras (and user-upgradable RAM to boot).

Better yet, for the vast majority of people looking to an Inspiron I would say the better deal here is configuring with the i5 with only 8gb RAM and upgrading a slot in the future when needed. Under $500 after coupon!
