Interested what people with experience with electric scooters think about these deals. I'm in the market for a scooter, $500 is probably my max budget.

Just looking at specs, the Turboant M10 seems like the best features for the price to me, but I'm no expert. The reputation and reliability of Xiaomi and Segway seem to be better than Gotrax, Hiboy or Turboant though.

The Turboant M10 for $400 has the following important features:
-20 mph top speed
-18 mile range
-10 inch inflatable tires
-30lbs

Seems like the M10 is the cheapest option with all of those listed features/specs. I don't necessarily require all those specs but they would be nice. Thoughts? Is it worth paying more for Segway or Xiaomi?

It came without charger, screws and with severed wires. Had to return. They offered instant 50$ discount if i keep it, but it wasn't enough to cover all the defects

It's a great scooter I had it for around 2 years now. People have issues with punctured tires and replace them with solid ones but that all can be avoided. Just Keep tire pressure at an optimal level for your weight (inflate about once a week) and buy some slime tire sealant.

I have a pair of m365s arriving on Tuesday. I'm a little skeptical about how they'll look. Does anyone know how to check the battery condition to see how good it is, or anything else I should check?

Just got m365 refurbished and it's got indexed steering. Googled it and it could be from various things and could be indicative of other hidden problems. Also the brake caliper was out of alignment, but that could be adjusted. But again it means they're not refurbishing these things correctly.

my m365 should arrive in 8/10 days. let's write here all the issues that we found on our m365, so that we can better check and understand if it's the case to keep the scooter or return it.

I think for the battery, you can just connect the scooter via bluetooth to the Mi Home app (official xiaomi one), and there it will tell you the real battery capacity, how many cycles, etc.. Here: https://play.google.com/store/app....smarthome

Another option is to use a 3rd party app, like M365 Tools, available on Google play: https://play.google.com/store/app....m365tools

Got my pair of m365s. One is brand new, tags still on, never assembled. The other had been assembled but still looks "like new". The tires are a little dirty but barely worn. The brake disc looks brand new.

I just received mine. it still have few tags on, and looks like new, except for few marks here and there, but nothing serious. More important, I checked the battery with the m365Tools app, and it's saying that it only did 4 full charges, and the scooter was ride for like 7 hours total.
I did a quick ride, and everything works as expected.
So I think it's a great news, and definitely 300$ well spent at this point.
