Good deal if anyone needs the additional dedicated graphics card for graphics intensive work but impacts the battery life - else below deal was better minus the dedicated graphics card:

Does this has XMP? What about if I want to upgrade RAM to 32GB should I buy CL22 or CL16 1.2 or 1.35v for max RAM speed?

Would the linked laptop without graphics card run basic games fine like Sims 4, Minecraft, etc? Would rather save this extra money if possible. Thx!

This is NOT a good deal at all. You could have gotten this same model yesterday with 1TB SSD and a RTX3060 6GB 60W for $15 less than this post.

This was $1249 - 20% cash back all day. (15% cash back site plus CHASE 5% or AMEX)

How so? To let buyers know that a far superior machine was less in price hours early is the point.

You must be new around here, but people like to know data like that to comparison shop. SD users are big on price history and in this case they can see that maybe this isn't the best purchase for the price.

Your time machine comment would be more relevant to an item that is months to years old. This was less than 12 hours ago... But thanks for your insight and have a good day.
