Same thing happened to me. I kept getting an error with the code even though it showed I qualified. You have to use desktop mode on Safari or Chrome in order to see the credit apply. Once I used desktop mode, I didn't even have to enter the code.

The promo code wasn't working for me too. But the product page said I DID QUALIFY for the promotion. So technically, if u r already logged in, it applies automatically, and when someone enters the code again, it recognizes as another code (duplicate i guess) and cannot apply to the purchase. I chatted with amazon reps, and they said I would get the promo gc soon i did qualify for it. Hope it helps.

That's exactly what I want to do for my 13 Pro. Bought one thru the Target deal and wanting to get this deal to purchase 2 yr AC+. Did you have to visit the store and a CS was able to apply the GC?

It will act like you're still eligible for the deal after you do it once. Don't fall for it. You will only ever receive one promo credit.

No I ended up just paying for it with credit card. You can pay for AC+ monthly with a gift card (since it pulls from your Apple ID balance) but you don't get the discount from prepaying for 2 years that way.

Finally worked. I had to select the gift card that specifically mentioned the $15 promo. There's another variety that does not say that.

I chatted with amazon CS, and according to him, it went through although it says the code is invalid, But the main page says I did qualify for promotion and just have to checkout that's it. I guess applying the code again is considered duplication and system does not accept the same code again.
