I've seen the non leveler version without wheels a few times here but this is the first time I see the leveler model at a discounted price.

It's $160 at HD currently https://www.homedepot.com/p/Goril.../310731831 without the leveling feature which would be used probably only occasionally. $90 more for that feature doesn't make this slick deal imo but if someone needs it for sure then it's better than buying full retail.

Great price, same ladder on Amazon is almost $500. I have this and love it for outside. Ground is never level and this makes the ladder much safer than propping it up with something. Well worth the extra money. I also have a Werner extension ladder with the leg levelers for the really high places.

A Werner leg-leveler kit usually runs about $115. If you have a variety of surfaces and you need to fine-tune your ladder to avoid a fall, the features of a leg-leveler are invaluable.
