Costco, in-store as of last weekend when I bought them, for 12-roll pack is $22.99. But they are different. This is for 98 sheets per roll. Costco's are 107 sheets per roll.

This deal is 0.015306 cents per sheet.
Costco is 0.017905 cents per sheet.

SQ FT:
This is 594sq ft = 0.030303 per sq ft
Costco is 696sq ft = 0.033031 per sq ft

Thats BEFORE the rewards member cash back.

So with or without the cash back, this is a better deal than Costco.

Edit: Added sq ft comparison.
it's well documented that P&G raised prices this year. have to base deals on current realities, unless you have a time machine to go back to 2020.

also, factor in the rewards on your per calculations as it becomes $13.75 net after rewards which I'm sure is less than what you paid in 2020.
IMPORTANT DEAL SWEETENER!!

Buy a pack at $18 will qualify you to earn ink recycle rewards for NOVEMBER.

In addition to the $4.25 in rewards for buying one package, if you also bring 10 used ink carts to the store when you pick up the BOUNTY or CHARMIN, you will also earn $20 in ink recycle rewards on the 10 carts.

One $18 purchase can net you $24.25 back in rewards which are valid for about 90 days.

Price itself isn't that great. Target is about the same price for the Charmin. Worth it if you shop there a lot for the rewards I suppose. Their "regular" price of $26.29 is a rip off if its true.

For Charmin Ultra this is about $0.38/m2. I bought some this year for $0.31/m2, last year for $0.25/m2.

How does the price of the Bounty compare to Costco's? Bought a pack from Costco earlier this year but I'm not sure about their current price as my membership has expired.

in this market, yes. it's slightly cheaper out the door, and if you factor in the rewards it's better than the target GC deals which are usually $10 with a $40 purchase (and haven't been around in a long time.) the Charmin is essentially buy 4, get one free with rewards

Good points. How quickly are rewards delivered? Could I purchase one, buy the second with rewards (gaining no rewards), purchase another, etc? I don't shop at Office Depot.

I have 10% cash back on chase offers (freedom unlimited) which helps sweeten the deal a bit. But I am curious also how it compares to Costco.

if you do store pick up, and pick it up today, you should have the rewards credited by tomorrow (YMMV). best bet is buy 2 earning rewards, then use the rewards from those 2 to buy one very cheaply. OD typically extends Cyber Monday deals to Weds of the week, but again, that's YMMV too.

Do you know if the $100 Gift Cards from the other deal you posted, will result in Next Day Rewards too? https://slickdeals.net/f/15456520-office-depot-in-store-purchase-100-in-popular-deparment-store-dining-food-uber-streaming-service-gift-cards-earn-25-in-rewards-limit-one-per-rewards-account-to-12-11?v=1&src=SiteSearch

Buy the Gift Card In-Store today and then order free Bounty tomorrow?

It should but again, YMMV. sometimes it's next day or can take 48 hours to post. So can't guarantee it.

529 sqf vs 585ish from Sam Club, making Sam's club everyday price literally only a dollar more. Not a great deal.

Yeah but I'm wondering how to factor in the rewards. It's $4.25 for each. So maybe it will sweeten up some cyber Monday purchase.

Depends on how much this is per 100sqft. under $3 is a deal.
