Agreed but this product or price level doesn't give anything truly warm for the Great Lakes region where I live
Thank you for your comment! This is clearly not a Chicago coat 🤣

This is not warm enough if you live in a cold area. Get a better parka with Down from a store like Macys or LL Bean or the $99 parka from Eddie Bauer
I live in Buffalo and this is more than fine. Not a coat to hike in obviously

I'm in for a deal or possibly an awkward mail-in return. Regarding warmth, Primaloft is pretty nice, but not "just a T-Shirt underneath" nice. I have a Primaloft piece from J Crew, and if it's the same fill level, 32 F weather involves at least a sweatshirt, possibly another jacket layer underneath depending on how much of an asshole the dog wants to be. Also worth noting that it's Gap Factory, Gap is a fashion brand and not a winter brand specifically, and usually coats that want to emphasize warmth often list a down fill equivalent. But that said it could be good. New England, been on the hunt for a new winter coat at a good price for a bit.

"Recycled Materials"

I will echo the sentiment made above:

Pay a little more and get the Eddie Bauer $99 down one. It has much better components and has breathable down.

I am planning a 14 day trip up the Himalayan mountains in search of Sasquatch, Do you think this jacket will be warm enough?

Where's the link to the EB parka that people are recommending?

I have this. It was absolutely not warm enough to walk around New York City in November. I highly recommend getting an L.L. Bean or similar jacket. Yes, you will pay more but you will be warm. This jacket would be fine for chilly nights in California where I live.
