I have horrible disconnection issues with multiple controllers through BT. I'm using Intel AX200 and was forced to buy an adapter to resolve the disconnect problems.

I couldn't get one of these to work with my PC bluetooth, phone bluetooth or my Steamlink bluetooth and returned it. When it did connect, the connection would fail intermittently. Updating the firmware using the xbox controller software did not fix any of these problems.

I swapped it for a Nintendo Switch Pro controller which worked immediately without any issues.

My Robot White just died 10 months after purchase. It was plagued with issues leading up to this. Gray/Green (previous gen) purchased after has been without issues.
My real concern is (the 100% absence of) Microsoft support (on every product of theirs I use). For that reason, I'll personally be avoiding buying anything of theirs until I see something change. YMMV.

same, the rb button on my robot white xbox controller stopped working in under 1 year
controller was only lightly used so i'm a little annoyed.
warranty is only 90 days which is way shorter than the 1 yr norm.
not buying another one
