New to gamestop Pro. Are we able to use a redeemed certificate and the $5 monthly Pro certificate on the same item? Not sure if they combine.

I couldn't get one of these to work with my PC bluetooth, phone bluetooth or my Steamlink bluetooth and returned it. When it did connect, the connection would fail intermittently. Updating the firmware using the xbox controller software did not fix any of these problems.

I swapped it for a Nintendo Switch Pro controller which worked immediately without any issues.
That's because the $25 adapter isn't optional. These work like trash with Bluetooth when on PC. I wouldn't even call it working

It isn't the controllers fault. Oh also anyone who gets the adapter make sure and disable the windows power saving feature which is foolishly somehow on by default. You'll thank me later

Unfortunately a lot of things have risen in price. I wonder if the tariffs finally trickled down to us plebs.
Prices are going up a lot everywhere, from groceries to cars. Some Tesla models now costs $9,000 more (a 20% increase) than 1 year ago. Black Friday deals were worse this year. Blame inflation, trade war and supply chain constraints.

Annual US Inflation
  • 2018 -0.48%
  • 2019 0.59%
  • 2020 0.81%
  • 2021 4.26% (estimated)

This is why a lot of people are switching jobs or asking for a raise.

it's called inflation, it's been on the news lol.

another prominent example that sticks in my particular mind is base ipads used to sale for 249. now it's 279 and i'm not even sure they get that low.

Got a blue one in the mail from Microsoft. 'A' button only works intermittently. This is the second controller I've received in the last year with the problem.

I just traded my xbox one for a series x and kept one of my xbox one controllers because it still worked, but then I saw this deal and that trade in value on the old controller was $27.50. That coupled with the $5 monthly coupon from rewards made this a no-brainer.

Got some Best Buy rewards to use, so I was able to get them to price matched with Microsoft.com. Yes, Microsoft has it for the same price and it's YMMV if your local Best Buy is willing to price match Microsoft.
