I have had mine for a year now and no peeling yet and I cook a good bit of different things in it. I always spray the basket with non stick spray while cooking too
None of mine peeled. However there's reports online on all non-stick coatings is to not use cooking spray while they say the propellant may cause peeling to occur.

They had a price mistake of $49 three weeks ago but only at one Walmart location by me. Every time I added it to cart the price jumped to $89. I've been watching the price on this AF for weeks! I figured I'd buy another one since it's a great cooker, but I ended up caving for the 7 QT from Costco since the 8 QT price didnt stay at $49. And now here we are...still a great price, though.

I have both. Get the 8 QT. Bigger capacity. Unless you can get the 7 qt for $40 in club

Get the 7qt for $40 flat in the club. Gotta go in though.
The 8qt Walmart variant's basket looks wider vs the taller Costco 7qt. Is that right?
Any big difference in the size/countertop footprint?
