I have this variant and have about 15 games loaded. Still have half the memory left
Not true, most games are like 1 GB each, with exceptions like Walking Dead that is like 8GB? Plenty of space for a casual gamer for just games.
I'd say Amazon one with $50 gift card is better than this. You'd get double the storage and also new.

I'd only recommend 64GB if you have a good gaming computer and intended to mostly use PCVR. In that case, the storage in the headset doesn't matter much.

64GB is very little. So much so Oculus has discontinued that variant and bumped the base model to 128gb for the same price (MSRP $299). That being said, Quest 2 is the best standalone VR headset and works very well for the price. If you're not planning to have more than 1-2 games on it at a time you can make do with 64 gigs.

You can definitely have more than 1-2 games/experiences with a 64GB model. Even with the OS taking up some of the space, you could probably hold 8-15 games/experiences. Most are very small in size but there are only a handful of large ones.

I own a 256 gb quest 2 and I only ever used 100 gigs at a time. Most games are only 5-10 gigs so this is not a bad deal to jump into the quest but definitely buy a quest link cable from Amazon to experience all it has to offer. I say Amazon and not oculus cause it's expensive from oculus I got one from Amazon for 15 and it works great.

I concur most games are quite small I never wanted more than 64gb. I have about 10 games on mine

64 isn't bad, I still like new with$50 gift card and 128gb for 100 more, but if its the difference between not getting it or get it, then do it. I've only had mine for a few days and it is well beyond worth it, I can go on for hours but best to just experience a true leap forward in tech. 64gb seems fine for most, maybe a bit tight after a while and occasionally you do some cleaning but most apps are less than a few gigs, I think 128 is a sweet spot, but an amazing deal if this puts it in your budget.

Rift S hurt my eyes severely... Not really in the market for anything right now, but I'm wondering if I just need to wait a few years for the tech to advance, or if the Quest 2 is already significantly better than the Rift S. My IPD matched so I would assume the #1 problem was low FOV, since I've had the same kind of eye pain before when playing a game with the FOV set too low.

The Amazon deal gives you a $50 credit but the credit must be used for something sold by Amazon and expires in mid or late December I can't remember. So while it's decent, it's not an unrestricted gift card credit you can hold on to to use whenever.
As far as the storage is concerned, agree with others that if you have a decent gaming PC and decently fast WIFI at home you can play through your PC tethered/wireless and leave your on-device storage freed up. I can't speak about the refurbished condition and warranty but if your cash budget is around $200, this is absolutely do-able and you can still enjoy everything the Quest 2 offers.
