All of a sudden, everything I really wanted seems to be only available as a bundle for shipping. Eg. The ryobi inflator-deflator was available to ship until yesterday. Now it's only available in store for pickup under this deal. If I wanted this shipped, I get to pay a bunch more for the kit with the battery and charger I don't need. That sucks.
How to cancel an order? Been over a hour over the phone, no one answered.
I just canceled a previous order I placed a few days ago. I called at 0700 PST and used the call back feature so I didn't have to stay on hold. They called back one hour later at 0800.
What's the best way to get another Ryobi battery and charger? Does anything good come with them? I really only need a shop vac, work light and sander of some sort. Site is so slow I can't see if any come with a battery
Supercharger's been OOS all morning, just refreshed and managed to get it for 48.99 delivered. Best I've seen previously is about 55 plus shipping so I'm happy.
Site is slammed though, took like 15 minutes to get through checkout.
Yeah I spent $600 for 25%. Too much work to return. Nicely played direct tools. Nicely played. They beat me this time.
I'm probably gonna look at more stuff to buy now.
Update: Bought 20 inch self-propelled ryobi mower. The negative reviews on HD is scary but my justification is the 6ah battery is in itself near $200 so its probably $45 for the mower which may die or not cut as cleanly as my gas-powered mower. However I am getting tired of fixing gas tools so I am currently switching to the ryobi ecosystem for convenience and time savings.. until they die. Hopefully not soon.
I bought the mower also during the 25% off. I literally can't get it started because of all it's safeties. I did everything in the manual, looked on Reddit, YouTube, Google. I believe arrived damaged where the metal portion of the grass bag or mulcher is not making proper contact.
I still want it, so I am trying to contact dto for a refund/replacement. I hope you receive a good one.

So many options, 1600, 1800, 1900, 2000 PSI.
Thinking about the 1800 for 69.99 or the 1900 for 83.99
