Got one. Had to go with the 512 GB 11" since there is no 256 version. Had to pay a little extra, but still cheaper than BB by $40.

This is a great deal if you need space and don't care for processing power.

However, you should note that this 2020 model only has 6gb of ram and is 50% slower than the iPad 2021 m1 with 8/16gb of ram.

If you are editing videos/playing games perhaps the 256gb model on sale for 799 is better suited for you. So it's really up to you if space is really important over performance.

For the 12.9 inch model Wi-Fi + cellular is actually cheaper than Wi-Fi only version, very unusual.

Honestly, I'm not really sure there are any iPad users out there who can really take advantage of all of the power of the M1. The previous model is still insanely fast.
