No, this is far too little to power a cold water heater
This would power a small camp , charge a few devices, run a 12 volt water pump, power a few small lights, a 12 volt plug in cooler.
To use a solar battery for powering household appliances, fridge, microwave, your going to need to spend well over $1000 and still not going to do it very long
I have a Bluetti 2400, that we use in a small camper, it runs toaster, microwave, coffee pot, 12 volt fridge/freezer, or run a 5000 btu air conditioner for about 4-5 hours depending on outside temps.
But, I couldn't pass this deal up and bought one this morning. The JACKERY has much better charge times and the converter is leaps and bounds better than the GoLabs. I may send the GoLabs back or keep both.

JACKERY has the better converter and much shorter charge times when using solar panels, A/C D/C and PD. JACKERY also has pass through charging on the 60w PD,
GoLabs has the safer better battery and better price.
It's a pick your priority based decision but the video will help.
