It looks like TP-Link is being rebranded as Kasa to match the app. These are good smart plugs but just realize they don't have energy monitoring.

Seems like a good deal. Several different versions of the mini plug out there for whatever reason with different watt/amp ratings

Idk which one I currently have from that Alexa deal

Seems like a good deal, these are for the older ones that came out in 2019, can't tell the difference between this and the "new mini" version.

KP115 [amazon.com] this has energy monitoring.

I got the energy monitoring one from Alexa deal. This is my first smart plug. The energy monitoring is impressive. I already realized how much energy i have been wasting on the tv console. Now I connected this plug, and all I have to do is to say "Hey Google turn on living room tv", tv and all game consoles are turned on. And I scheduled it to turn off at night. I love this plug. I ordered another one from best buy for $12.99. it's KP125, but has energy monitoring.

These are awesome. Use them for a lot of indoor stuff. Christmas lights, espresso machine, etc

I like these over the Amazon brand. They stay connected better in weak signal areas of the basement

Plus the app loads faster on my phone and gets to the point of switching stuff off easier.

What is the difference between KP115 [amazon.com] and KP125 [bestbuy.com]?

Have a few Kasa switches and now an outlet for the Christmas lights. Haven't ever had an issue with them, nicest part imo is that you can set a schedule. My outdoor lights go on when the sunsets and go off at sunrise. Def recommend if your lazy like me.

Looks like the kp125 is better than the 115 with the addition of HomeKit. Both can handle 15amps and have energy monitoring.
