I bought this monitor couple months ago. But it has this static hissing noise that is kinda audible in a quiet room and it feels like it's giving me a headache. Is it normal or somethings wrong?

I believe these monitors have speakers. I'd try seeing if there is an option in the monitor to disable speakers or turn the volume down. Else wise, it may be receiving an audio signal via the hdmi.

If neither is true than I'd say it's not normal.

This is exactly the specs I was looking for in a monitor, but 32 bucks in non-member fees tacked on. Help me do the math on whether or not it's still a great deal...

The cheapest these have gone for on amazon is $549. So it's still a good deal.

I don't use built in speakers and neither do I use hdmi, Its connected to my macbook via USB C. But even if there is nothing connected to the monitor it has this sound if it is ON and if it goes to sleep the sound also stops. It is a very high frequency sound imagine saying sssssssss lol, that's what it sounds like.

Got it. I did a quick search and I couldn't find any similar issues with this model. Might be worth getting warranty support.
