I have at least three "factory blemished" tools and I wouldn't be able to tell you what had been blemished. But even if I did, it's a tool. Mine get "blemished" really quickly at my house anyway.

this is awesome deal. i was in on a $200 deal a while back but is missing the 4amp battery, sander, extra bag and jigsaw with this. would get this one instead.

I think you may be able to get a lower price with more batteries if you buy individually with current promo. You can take out the useless flashlight too
