I can't find any references on Amex for the $25 PayPal offer....

Both offers might be expired by now, I didn't have them.

Amex offer will have to be added by logging into your amex account and then adding the bestbuy offer.

Paypal, same thing you will have to search for the bestbuy one and see if its there, I didn't have either offers this time. My Amex is Blue

I was able to get the BestBuy offer in PayPal (it's here in the website), but I can't find the PayPal offer in Amex, it's not showing in Amex available offers... it's probably a targeted offer linked to a higher tier card, I have a Blue too.

I ordered with best buy and pay pal, but they canceled it today! After a couple hours on the phone, I got Paypal to give me a $25 account credit, but said that I have to order again through best buy. After a bunch of back and fourth, I finally got them to honor the original price, but they couldn't do it through pay pal. So I guess I'm out of luck with this one. I hate best buy so much!
