How do I download an entire iCloud account without having to download 1000 files at same time?

I have a friend I'm trying to help download everything on their iCloud account but it seems like you can only download 1000 zipped files at a time

I'm looking for an easy way to do it. Maybe there's an older version of iCloud or an other program for Windows that will help me.
