couple of recent reviewers said that customer service was lacking. so, if you have trouble with them after 30 days just buy new and return old.

also note that AFTERSHOKZ Titanium Bone Conduction are discontinued by manufacture.

These Titaniums have terrible leakage of sound, these will make everyone around you hear the music from the headphones.
