I currently use the ROS20VSC, can anyone comment if the GEX33 is a decent upgrade?

Deal they had over the weekend was better. Spend 200, save $50

I don't own the GEX but that's the first one I've seen designed for two hand use. Personally I use light grip and let the sander float in order to prevent uneven sanding or swirl marks for woodworking on mainly horizonal surfaces. To each their own I guess. I would consider this for vertical sanding and paint prep so in that context it's an upgrade for me now that you brought it to my attention.

No it does not. You'd have to buy the accessory separately. Alot of times they do that because the hose ends on vacuums differ. Depending on the type of routing you do. The router tables Bosch makes are pretty nice too.
