Delivery may be free if you live near a Brandsmart, but if you've never seen one like me, you're going to pay $179. I canceled the order, ask for a cancellation code, and was told it was the same as the order number, pretty sloppy. Something tells me that this ordeal has just started.

Good TV if you can get best buy to price match. P C Richard and Sons had it all weekend for this price (and is a better regarded retailer) but best buy was not price matching.

I bought the two year warranty, figure just a little extra piece of mind. The tv has a great picture and very pleased with it so far bought on 11/4. Apps are decent but if you have an atmos sound-bar some apps do not pass through atmos. Fixed by connecting an external box (nvidia shield my case) inputs from sound-bar or sound system.

Best Buy is being a pain on price matching this for us atm saying they will not price match cyber week sales

Cancelation went through, even with PayPal. Ordered yesterday from Amazon, but not happy with the delivery estimate, December 13.

I just got off chat with Best Buy and was able to successfully get it price matched, shipped to California.

My rep's name was Ricardo R.

For those that got denied, it might be helpful to share the rep's name so others can move on to a different rep.

I was able to get a price match from BestBuy but it took about 30 mins online via Chat.
Opted for the 5 year protection. BB offering 24 month financing able to locate one near me. I opted to pick it up; no weekend deliveries until 12/18.

This is one of the best tv's at this price point. Check rtings.com and enter this model.
