To those of you who were able to get this price matched, are all of you within 25 miles of a BrandsMart store? I just had deny #3 on the reason that the competitor isn't within 25 miles of my zip code. I asked how that works with online retailers like Amazon and the reps just say "sorry, I can't answer that" or "I don't have that info."

Chat #4 to save $100, here we go!

Edit: Chat #4 denied. Same 25 mile reason.

I can't pick up this TV within over a 250 mile radius of any of my closest Best Buy stores, which are well over an hour's drive one way to begin with. Here's what I see from the typical closest store when I call up the listing:

I bought this tv from BB when it first came out in June and paid $974.99 for the 65" and I'm looking for a larger tv, if they made a 75" or 85" I would get it.

I spent hours researching tvs before landing on this one. Would easily get it again.

At least I'm getting the $98, assuming I don't get mad enough to buy something else and cancel before mine ships. Not all of us can replicate that deal...do you need to be Jeff Bezos's neighbor to qualify?
My situation: Ordered at 5:30am on Cyber Monday, was given a delivery date of Dec. 13. I watched for price drops throughout the day, but only saw earlier delivery dates. I waited all week for my delivery date to be moved earlier, it never changed. Finally yesterday, with a price drop of about $17 and a delivery date of Dec. 8 on the Amazon listing, I canceled the first order and reordered. I'm getting surgery on Dec. 9 and had been hoping to get it delivered before then. The delivery date on the new order magically changed to Dec. 14. I complained to Amazon both through chat and phone call, which was a waste of time. So I'm watching for a Best Buy to restock this TV before next Wednesday at a Best Buy almost 2 hours away.

I just priced matched this on Best Buy as well. Not near brandsmart, but it took two tries. I am upgrading from a 2014 vizio M series, so I hope it is a good upgrade.

Just fyi some best buy stores have employees at local stores that do chat, so it might be a good idea to not share location if you want to get other agents and try your luck.
