Picked up one of these steam machines last year for the same price. It broke within 3 months. Best Buy wouldn't take the return. The warranty process was time consuming. 1st had to contact Bella several times because each associate didn't know who made the machine for them. A manager finally contacted me and told me to contact another company. 2nd, contacted 2nd company. Had to have a photo of my receipt (thankfully digital), photo of sticker underneath the machine (so if you buy one, make sure there's a silver sticker), and a few additional photos. One month later I received a response. I was told to cut the cord and take another photo with the cord cut and a video would help. Thankfully I still had the machine, thinking that the warranty process was completed. I was wrong.

Anyhow, they fully refunded, not including taxes paid, after several months. Bit of a hassle in my opinion but an okay steam machine.
